The Department of Interior (DOI) has been leveraging RPA to help with many tasks. These bots automate repetitive, time-consuming, back-office tasks driving efficiency, saving time and increasing productivity at DOI. In this episode Katie shares with us details on DOI’s bot brigade including some of the unexpected benefits to using RPA bots.
