Caitlin has a unique perspective, having been a dancer herself earlier in her career. After facing some of the challenges that come with the dance world, she made the transition to pursuing a master’s degree in counseling.
Now, Caitlin runs Dance Care Australia, providing specialized support and guidance for dancers navigating the mental and emotional aspects of their artistry and careers. She is passionate about helping dancers develop healthy mindsets, coping strategies, and a strong sense of self-care – all critical elements for thriving in the demanding dance environment.
