One of Jason’s key priorities is creating a supportive environment where dancers feel comfortable discussing injuries and concerns without fear of judgment. He’s dedicated to educating dancers on the vital role strength training plays in their overall health and performance, helping them see the purpose and benefits behind every exercise.
