Kendra Cunov is the founder of The Collective, a global web of women devoted to embodied awareness. Throughout her career as a Relational Coach, Kendra has worked with thousands of men, women, and couples in improving embodiment, deep intimacy, communication, and full self-expression. She has worked for and consulted with organizations and leaders who know the role of truth, connection, and integrity in success. In addition to The Collective, Kendra has co-founded The Embodied Relationship Training Salon with John Wineland and has pioneered some of the most cutting-edge relation work on the planet.


Kendra joins me today to discuss why boundaries are key to a life of freedom. She defines what a “boundary” is and explains why they protect the good things in life. She discusses how to maintain your boundaries without being aggressive. She describes why we might want to give someone the benefit of the doubt when they violate our boundaries. She also highlights what makes containers sacred and underscores how parents can model emotional intelligence for their children.
