Dr. Kaur shares that while dental school prepared her for clinical dentistry that she really didn't feel as prepared as she could have been when she graduated and began to practice.  

In this episode Dr. Kaur outlines that who you surround yourself with, both your team as well as mentors and experts outside of your practice have a huge impact. She also shares that is it incredibly important to have repeatable processes and checklists.
