In this episode, Stace and Rebecca had a wonderful conversation with Rita Jarnagin who is the Director of the Grainger County Office on Aging. Rita took on this important leadership role in 2018 and has made it her own. She shared the history of her life in Grainger County and told us all about the assistance her office offers to community members 60 years and older. Rita works hard connecting them with community resources such as the Clinch-Powell home repair program, filling out applications for various other programs and delivers 45 boxes of food to Grainger County Seniors every month. Rita truly is an asset to her community, and we are honored that she stopped by to chat with us.
