Sue Williamson has a range of experience and qualifications which has enabled her to improve the emotional welfare of dogs during grooming. She has a Diploma in Dog Grooming, is an Animal Centred Education Advanced Tutor, Tellington TTouch Practitioner P2, holds an ISCP Diploma in Canine Behaviour, Silver Certification© in Low Stress Handling, and is an approved Kids Around Dogs Instructor. Sue has also written three books combining her knowledge to educate others in benefits of low stress grooming –She has a Facebook Group Taking the Grrr out of Grooming Dogs, which provides helps and support to guardians and groomers, and an educational portal www.takingthegrrr.co.uk (https://www.facebook.com/groups/353057908715260)

Sue lives with her husband Paul, cat (Meesha), Miniature Poodles (Chic & Ritzi) and Working Cocker Talis. Sue has always loved being in the company of dogs, and decided in 2017 to give up her full time employment to work with dogs on a daily basis, as Happy Paws with Sue. Already on her TTouch journey, she trained as a dog groomer, and as she continued her canine educations decided to specialise in working with dogs with grooming anxieties. Sue is now one of the leading voices in improving the grooming welfare of dogs, and where I get a lot of help, guidance, and support from. It’s for owners and groomers so is a fabulous resource.
