Prior to his tenure at NYU, Victor served as the Associate Dean at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where he led efforts to spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives. At NYU, Victor provides strategic leadership in shaping the institution's values of inclusion, diversity, belonging, and equity (IDBE).
