We dive deep into mental well-being and finding a balance between fitness goals and living in the moment. We talk about how controlling our reactions and focusing on what is within our power is crucial for mental health, especially when external factors are completely out of your control, and how understanding what truly matters can help us prioritize our energy and focus.


We also talk about how what we want isn’t always what we need, and what to do about it.
