I had the pleasure to interview Julie Lane during the Harris-Walz campaign, and wow, what a powerful story! Julie Lane, Reduxx advocate and co-founder of Women Are Real describes herself as “just another woman in the trenches.” She joins me to talk about California and all the battles being waged that will ultimately either make or break our society in America. She talks about the coalitions being formed to protect women’s spaces; the lawsuits, prisons, harm to kids and vulnerable adults, working across the aisles, other battles in other states…all of it!

Julie co-founded Women Are Real in 2022, which has grown to over 120 women mostly in CA, with 40 or so active in the Bay Area. Women Are Real is non-partisan, composed of:
