Dr. Sarah Gothard received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Clemson University and has been a Computer Science professor for 20 years at five different universities. She is currently an associate professor at Bob Jones University and teaches courses at all university levels, from introductory technology courses to senior software engineering. She is currently experimenting with the impact of test-driven software design on student success.
In addition to her academic work, Sarah has created “Mobile Hymns,” a sheet music phone app used by thousands of Christians around the world, especially in Africa. She is also a wife and a mother to three young daughters. She loves discussions about the Bible and big ideas and is passionate about helping people grow in their understanding and love for God.
