News and Notes about Love Strikes Twice

The teleplay for Love Strikes Twice was written by C. Jay Cox. He also wrote Sweet Home Alabama (2002) with Reese Witherspoon and New in Town (2009) with Renee Zellweger and Harry Connick Jr.

Several of the same producers on Love Strikes Twice are the same for One Summer - which premiered the day after this premiere on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries.

This movie was filmed in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

You might recognize Katie Findlay from Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist, How to Get Away with Murder, The Carrie Diaries and The Killing (one of Wendy's favorite series).

Wyatt Nash competed on Survivor: Redemption Island (season 22, 2011) under his birth name Matt Elrod. He finished in seventh place and was the sixth member to join the jury. Wyatt Nash/Matt Elrod was asked to compete again on Survivor: Caramoan (season 26) but declined - according to his Wikipedia page.
