When Shannon and Vanessa see something that doesn't make any sense or mistakes companies are making in the wedding industry, they get excited to chat about it.

This month’s SOUND OFF is called "Your feelings are NOT my responsibility" and in this episode, they are on a tear about the mistakes that wedding pros make when they don't want to step on anyone's toes, rock the boat, or remember the old saying "it's business, it's nothing personal".

The things people say to you in a business setting that is meant to better you and your company should not be taken personally, and if your feelings get hurt then that's a you thing and not a them thing. When mistakes are made, and balls are dropped it's up to those around us to hold us accountable and suggest a better strategy.
