18-Year-Old Woman is Arrested for DUI and has a Major Meltdown
On September 17, 2023, Cuyahoga Falls Police Officer Williams spotted a vehicle that allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign. The police report claims he attempted a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the female driver, who just turned 18-years-old 12 days prior, took an exceptionally long time to stop the vehicle. Officer Williams would later claim that he could smell alcohol emanating from the vehicle. He asked the woman to step out of the vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). She initially denied consuming any alcohol, but later confessed to drinking one drink. She was arrested for DUI and was placed in the back of Officer Williams' patrol vehicle. That is where the in-car camera caught her massive meltdown. The entitled woman was so concerned about not getting into college or losing her scholarship, that she concluded her life was over. At the police station, she submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and, according to the police report, the result was 0.06% BAC, which is over the legal limit for someone under 21-years-old. She was cited for DUI and failing to stop at a stop sign.
