Everyone looks for hope, purpose, and peace, and many seek help from a therapist to find them. While this is an important and incredibly helpful step, many people don’t know about the mental health benefits of a relationship with Jesus.

Today, Pastor John Reed joins us to talk about the hope, purpose, and peace that come from following Jesus. We discuss mental health in the Church and note the importance of fellowship and community. We talk about the importance of recognizing that flaws are nearly universal to humans--even St. Paul. We discuss the most effective way to evangelize and why kindness to others doesn’t need to mean that you condone their decisions and beliefs. We also offer three pillars of evangelization.
