The Magic Organ

The Magic Organ

114: SNAP Benefits

October 29, 2025

I freeball my podcast commentary and use these intro blurbs to correct things I wish I hadn't said. Towards the end of the second excerpt by feeo I say something like 'it's the best of what I heard' when I was trying to say that the opening track of that record was the best tune I heard on that record, not the best tune of this episode.

On to the show where the same thing always happens: 6-7 bangers, 13 minutes, appreciating what musicians do, how they do it, listening together and learning about how musicians do what they do that makes you feel the way you do when the great music happens.

And we apply that across the world because great music transcends race, class, circumstances, it can happen in a lot of different places and situations, it's a state of mind and thank God it happens.

Thanks for listening.

Excerpts from this episode:
