The Magic Organ

The Magic Organ

Episode 113: Diggin'

October 14, 2025

I was short tunes for this episode so I went a diggin' in the interwebz and found mucho bangers! The more active you are as a listener (and as a person) the more great music you will have in your life. Of course, listening to The Magic Organ is a music hack to get there faster, but you should always listen for yourself.

As usual we do the multi genre thing kicking off with some funky electronic, into some American/Ethiopian folk-jazz; hard to put a label on it, some wild ass metal, hip hop etc. on and on, it's a golden age as a music listener and so sad that so many folks just sit in the genres that they feel their indentity should be listening to. Man, what a world it would be if the suburban housewives were full on into the death metal, if only the mopey indie rockers would peep the African scene, then we would be getting somewhere. Minds would open, booties would move.

And don't listen to Taylor Swift's new record, it's not very good, don't join cults, that shit is a cult.

Excerpts from this episode:

I got it friggin' goin' on, it's beyond #epic. Or hit me up with 5 shits on the itunes, that would be helpful, 5 starry shits on the itunes I dare not dream!!! Or you can email me mail to tell me what shit you heard on The Magic Organ that was banger material for you.

I'm always open to listener suggested playlists if you feel you can hang with the host. Personally most people can't hang, I listen to music pretty much all day most days.

You can find these artists on bandcamp and streaming outlets. You can support them by listening and telling your friends. You can celebrate what they do! Let this shitass 13 minute podcast inspire you. God forbid.
