I freeball all my commentary and alas I make mistakes. I mistakenly say in this episode that the second group Teke::Teke is from Japan because they have a female singer with a Japanese accent. This outfit is from Canada and their new record sounds like Captain Beefheart's car smashed into a bus with some Japanese flavors in it. I say on the spot that it's a Shonen Knife-Captain Beefheart car crash but it's more art school rock than punk rock. So be it.

We kicked it off with some hot dancehall, segue into some retro art school rock from Teke::Teke, pack the summer of '23 with more awesome African music, cough up a little bit of indie flavor for the white folks out there, sample some nihilistic stoned out hip hop from the non-normie artist name ICYTWAT, and wrap it up with some metal from Horrendous'new album, Ontological Mysterium. Yowsa what a mouthful.

All good stuff, always multi-genre.
