The two talk about how this led to Larry re-selling used luxury timepieces and developing a new branch of his clientele who were interested in watches and not just precious metals or fine jewelry. As a retailer, Larry discusses how important it is for him to be able to openly communicate and connect with his customers on a deeper level, and how his customers truly appreciate not being treated as just a transaction. Throughout his years as a jeweler, Larry was able to develop multiple relationships that would assist him in becoming the Official Jewelry Partner of the Los Angeles Kings NHL Hockey team, and he offers his advice to any brand who is looking to partner with any sport or professional team.
