One of them is now a fugitive while the other one is within jail cells. As soon as Charles Ng was released from prison, him and Leonard Lake will put their plan into action. Their operation will result in 12 confirmed victims, although it is speculated that there were 25. All the way until what brought them both together will finally result in their demise.
