Rodolfo was a partner in Uruguay's very first venture capital firm. After bringing McDonalds to Uruguay, he began to place angel investments in startups in the region. After a while, one of his friends, Pablo Brenner, brought up the idea to raise money for a venture fund...and thus, venture capital was introduced to Uruguay with Prosperitas Capital Partners.
