Chad Skolny visits Your World Discovered with David K. Ewen, M.Ed.

Chad Skolny went from substitute teacher to head principal in the public school system. For many years he belonged to a church whose official church order deemed Christian schools as a “demand of the covenant,” though Chad is actually a product of the public schools. He and his wife Kim are committed to home-schooling their own children. Chad knows and has something to say about all education options and the question, “In faithfulness to the Scriptures, how do we educate our children for Christ?”

In his book,  7 Commands for Happy Christian Kids, Chad Skolny takes a close look at the dangers of the public school system’s attempt to teach character to our children. Each of the seven habits is observed through a Christ-centered lens, and biblical answers are given to questions that many Christian parents and teachers have failed to consider.
