Culture has shifted dramatically in the recent years due to rises in technology, equal rights movements and the migration of millions of people each year to different countries and even continents. This has many benefits but requires some adjusting for many people. Religious people from other countries come to the UK and the US expecting similar laws and religious freedoms as they experienced in their country - such as blasphemy laws - but are often surprised that this is not the case. Today we will discuss where the line has to be drawn with respecting religious minorities in the workplace and in society today.
