As part of the Festival of Food Security and this summer's Food Justice campaign, Hartford's HartBeat Ensemble presents the US premiere of the Indian Ensemble's Thook (spit), a play in four vignettes.
The Yale Sustainable Food Program(YSFP) is an organization committed to educating a generation of food literate leaders by creating opportunities for students to experience food, agriculture, and sustainability as integral parts of their education.
