Compassion for Others is Key.
Compassion for others is the way to go.  After recording this podcast, it made me think of how valuable compassion is.  If we could replace our negative emotions with this feeling, how wonderful would the world be?

This episode is the final in the non-virtue series.  I talk about the three non-virtues of the mind, and also offer some examples.

The bonus producing these last three shows, is an importunity for review.  It's always a good idea to review the rules that you adopt in life.
