Janet Beckers:     Hello, Janet Beckers here. I’m in the Caribbean in Puerto Rico. How exciting is that? I just wanted to share with you just a few thoughts that are really on my mind at the moment. You see, I’m over here in my Mastermind Group that I’m a part of. The Elite Mastermind with the ASK company, and I’ve just spent three days with such clever, clever people. The nice part is to be part of a community that is supporting you, and to helping you to grow is absolutely essential for you in business. What I reckon even more so, when you’re the owner of a business that may be run from your home, where you’re going to feel very isolated. So, my question to you is are you deliberately, proactively building a support team for you and your business? Now it doesn’t mean that you have to invest tens of thousands of dollars in a high end Mastermind program. You don’t have to travel to the other side of the world, though that will certainly escalate how quickly you can be supported and take action.
But you can also be looking at other resources that you got. Can you find peers in your local area who you can be meeting for lunch or for breakfast on a regular basis to form your own Mastermind? Can you find online a support group, that’s why for my pay programs, I have online Facebook programs so we can support you, and you can find your peers. That’s why I have my leaders program, so you can find your peers to Mastermind with. You may also find that you’ve already got those people around you. Look at what you’ve got, and when you’re forming that other group that’s going to be supporting you as your suppliers in your business. That’s another thing for you to be thinking about as well.
So, I’ll have a talk to you about that in the next video, where I’m going to go in through what sort of supplies you need to have to be able to support you in your business, but for now, I really want to hear from you and really challenge you to think about where can you tap into resources now to find people who can help you make decisions in your business, that can act there to cheer you on and support you, and tell you what a great job you’re doing. That are there that are going to stretch you, push you to say if you are not living up to what you can be living up to, you need to make sure that you’re surrounding yourself with people that expect greatness from you, so that you will be great.
