Audrey McLaughlin is a registered nurse, certified Reiki and Aromatherapy practitioner, children’s yoga teacher, and just an all around really cool person. For a while she was very much in the conventional stream of medicine until she had children. One day, one of her daughters developed a skin reaction. Worried about her girl, she had her complete some allergy testing. She found that her daughter was allergic to red and yellow food dye. This was just the beginning to a new holistic journey as mom and health practioner.
