In this episode of the Wisdom of the Profit Podcast, we examine Marcus Lemonis’ investment in flailing used car business Athans Motors.  Athans Motors (re-branded by Marcus as AutoMatch USA)  had a whole host of problems, not the least of which was a lack of affordable cars on the lot.  Owner Pete Athans was deeply in debt to friends and family, and his micro-managing was hard on employees and lethal to the business.
