Need proof that not all of Marcus’s investments yield spectacular results?  Jacob Maarse Florists is all the proof you’ll need.  The 47-year-old, second-generation florist business in Pasadena, California was in desperate need of strong, committed management, an inventory system overhaul, and an overall store revamp.

Owner Hank Maarse was happy to receive Marcus’s generous offer of cash, but not so willing to play by the investor’s simple rules.  What followed was an unbelievable display of immaturity and lack of integrity on Maarse’s part.  This episode is definitely one that must be seen to be believed!
