I KEPT MYSELF FEELING STUCK BY USING REALLLLLY UNHELPFUL LANGUAGE!   I know we’ve all heard the stuff about ‘self talk’ - and, if you’re anything like me, love, you probably shrug your shoulders.. Like that could help you, right?   Wrong.   You see, I was always using language that kept me POWERLESS. “I don’t have enough [time / money / knowledge / strength / understanding / etc / etc / etc]” “I’m not the right person for this.” “I’ll never succeed at reaching my [goal weight / ideal salary / vision board ambitions / etc / etc / etc]”   Even when I write podcast notes and Instagram posts, I can go to one of those “not enough” type thoughts. “Maybe they don’t want to hear from me.” “There’ll be other people out there to voice this more eloquently than ME.”   But now I know that language is what HOLDS ME BACK. I am, literally, telling the Universe that my focus is on failure / no success / not being able to get anywhere   I’m NOT a victim of my circumstances, and nor are you.
