With over 235K subscribers, Sarah has worked with top global brands such as Adidas, Reebok, Target, Oakley, Evereve, Zappos and many more. She is a published author, certified personal trainer, holistic health coach and top premier FASTer Way to Fat Loss coaches. She was named Boston's Best Personal Trainer in 2016 by Boston Magazine. She currently lives in Weston, MA with her husband Nick and three children, Tommy (7), Connor (4) and Elle (2). She is a self proclaimed Swiftie and these days enjoys playing tennis, day drinking on the beach in Nantucket and spending time with her family.
