July 07, 2016

In a first for the Who's Who in St. Lou Show, I have to release an episode as two episodes. My guest Julian Barnes and I had such a great & long discussion that I could not see cutting anything from it, so here we are with Part 2 of 2. On Part 1, we discussed a website & startup that Julian Barnes created called College Crap which is currently being rebranded. Here on Part 2, we discuss another passion of his called Breaking The Get Fit Myth which aims to help people maximize their fitness & diet efforts. Julian Barnes has a lot of great things going for him and I feel he is someone that you will be pleased to learn more about so make sure to listen to both parts of this wonderful & informative discussion.
