We always can reach for thoughts that feel better...

Reaching for a better feeling or thought can open passages to wellbeing and attract positive outcomes
When you're in the middle of a dire situation, always try to think of the next best thing you can do
Try to catch yourself and the negative thoughts so you can change them to positive ones
Just being aware of your emotions and knowing you can move away from them can help
We all must check ourselves when we feel that our buttons are pushed to change our thoughts about it
Sometimes we have to be more understanding with ourselves as well as others to stop the negative thoughts
Taking a deep breath and release the negativity so you can reach for a better thought!
