Lady V’s Devotional Episode

Philippians 4:19 (TPT) says:

“I am convinced that my God will fully satisfy every need you have, for I have seen the abundant riches of glory revealed to me through the Anointed One, Jesus Christ!”

Philippians 4:19 (TPT)

Devotional

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where there were no options? Then God stepped into the situation and worked it ALL out. Well, I’ve experienced this before and still experience it today--God’s hand [invisible, but not really] in my circumstances to help whenever I need it.

My God Provides!

You know, since I was a child, I’d seen God come through for our family, time and time again. There was never any other explanation—BUT GOD!

There was one time I recall, in my childhood where my dad, who worked in construction, was out of work because it was winter. He didn’t have the money to pay the light bill, the mortgage or to buy food.

To our surprise, somehow, the lights didn’t get turned off, we didn’t get put out of our home, and a nice couple showed up at our doorstep with a huge bag of food.

You see, their freezer had stopped working and they didn’t want all that food to go to waste so God led them to our door. Talk about miracles from heaven!

My God Provides!

Even still today, like the days of old, God is STILL, Jehovah Jireh, the LORD our provider.

This makes me ponder how since the beginning when God created time, HE has always been THE PROVIDER. From Genesis to Revelations, there HE IS—PROVIDING.

In Psalm 23:1, David said it best—“The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want.”

Why?  Because God is our PROVIDER! He takes care of HIS sheep. If there’s a need—He can meet that need.

When we trust in Him we see His faithfulness, His mercy, and His grace show up every time.

Beloved, whatever you are in need of whether it is instruction, shelter, food, safety, a way of escape, or a new beginning, God can fully supply all your needs.

So make your request known to God. Ask for help and believe that you already have it. I remain confident of this that you too shall see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living.

So we should always have an attitude of gratitude. Let’s practice telling the LORD, “Thank You!”

Let’s Pray A Prayer of Thanksgiving…

Father God,

Thank you that Your magnificent splendor and the miracles of your majesty are my constant meditation. Your awe-inspiring acts of power have everyone talking! I’m telling people everywhere about your excellent greatness!

Our hearts bubble over as we celebrate the fame of your marvelous beauty, bringing bliss to our hearts. Thank you that we will shout with ecstatic joy over your breakthrough for us.

We are grateful for Your kindness and tenderheartedness toward us who don’t deserve it. Thank you for being patient with us when we fail you.

We are grateful that Your love and grace are like unto a flooding river overflowing its banks with kindness upon us.

Father God, we see Your goodness, for your tender love is blended into everything You do.

We praise You for Your faithfulness to fulfill every promise you’ve made in Your Word for our lives. We are in expectation as You manifest Yourself as kindness throu...
