With Customers, It's All About the Experience

Let's be real. Without customers, you have no business. No matter how clever your product or service is, how well funded you are, or how smart your team is, if nobody is buying from you, you have NO BUSINESS. We live in a society where automation, "set it and forget it" and high tech low touch are the mantras for effective business. And in some cases (few actually) this works well. But for a majority of us, this can't sustain a business. If customers don't feel the love, if they don't feel appreciated, they will go elswehere.

Tune in as I discuss how to create the ideal customer experiences for your company. I'll talk about determining your real customer and how you service them, identifying secondary and tertiary customer segments, creating a seamless service experience, how to keep them engaged, and how to manage customers when you have a change in direction. I'll be examining a few popular companies with incredible service experiences and stories and talk about how you can pull some of their examples to use in your own company.
