Eccentric Sculptures in Chauvigny

The town of Chauvigny in the Vienne region of France has always been one of our favorites. Dennis spent a couple of years there as a boy and since we have been photographing for our Via Lucis project, the Collegiale Church of Saint Pierre atop the hill .
Via Lucis is a project to document European Romanesque and Gothic churches. The project includes photography, books, exhibitions, a blog, and custom art prints. PJ Aubrey and Dennis Aubrey have created a library of more than 900 churches and cathedrals.
