Liam Sketcher is an Australian coach who has worked with teams from youth through professional to the national team levels. In this conversation we talk about helping players make the move from the youth/Juniors ranks to the next level (pro, college, etc.). We look at it both from the perspective of the youth coach and the pro/college coach.
