This half Irish half Indian Spitfire grew up in the diverse melting pot of Dubai before moving to Beautiful B.C. fifteen years ago. Ever since she could walk, she can remember weaving music unmistakably, unapologetically and irrevocably into her colourful life. Passion and devotion weave like distinctive threads that surge through each of Carol Cox´s unique musical tapestries, producing a provoking image of universal love and gratitude. She wields a needle of Truth and Enlightenment that pierces the fabric of society in the form of song, and binds it together in hopes that through a mutual appreciation for music, it will be revealed that we are essentially all cut from the same cloth.

Years of honing her art through vocal training, dance lessons and songwriting are finally paying off. 'Wasted', the sassy single she wrote overnight, won Virgin 95.3 FM's Best of B.C. Contest early November 2009 and got a phenomenal amount of radioplay and requests. This created the buzz that got this Goddess of Zen the opportunity to work with award winning director Tony Dean Smith. Together, they came up with the unique and cutting edge concept that was her debut music video Wasted.
