Our true crime podcast is back, just in time to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! A reader suggest we look into the Scissor Sisters murder, and we did. This week’s episode was a little rushed, Viola had to leave town early, so I found even more great information after we recorded this. Florida executed this fine man, Robert Henry, just 27 years after he killed two women by beating them with a hammer and setting them on fire. One woman begged him not to set fire to her as he poured a flammable liquid on her. She lived 12 hours in horrible pain from the burns, and was able to give the police a statement blaming him. He later gave a full, detailed confession, and apologized shortly before his execution.

Lawyers for Mr. Henry were afraid he might suffer during his execution. Apparently they were not trying to be ironic when they said that. During his final statement Mr. Henry made it clear that he opposes the death penalty.

We, of course, discuss the trans-gendered woman who committed murders as a man, and now wants to be set free, since she is no longer the same person.

The Swedish gentleman in the photo above, reminds me of the late Henry Lee Lucas. Mr. Lucas was also found out to be a liar, but did do very well with his hit show My Name is Earl.

We have the story of the naked man in the Wendy’s drive through.

This is what the arrest of a naked man may look like. Although it bears no relation to our story, we just liked the photo.

Last but not least, police in Gainsville Florida ask you to be on the look out for a Muppet whose victims are pissed off after being pissed on.

In our second half, or whatever the hell it is we decided to call it, we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the Scissor Sisters murder. One of Ireland’s most infamous murders.

The murders of course took their name from the New York based band, The Scissor Sisters.

The Scissor Sisters, only one of whom can technically be anyone’s sister.

The band was, of course, named after the sex act of tribadism, or scissoring. Seen here in this tasteful representation of one woman’s love for another. Click to watch the video. Warning: If you find the video arousing you have real issues.

Even more odd is that there is another band named after the same sexual act, you can see the eerie similarities between the two groups.

New England based band Scissorfight. If you want to listen to a band named after a lesbian sex act I would recommend this one over The Scissor Sisters. But of course it’s a matter of taste.

Farah Swaleh Noor, there only appear to be two pictures of him ever taken, at least that I can find. He’s a very difficult victim to feel sorry for.

Farah claimed he was from a place that looked like this Somali refugee camp.

When in fact he was from here.
