This is the third and final episode from San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. Sage and Michael get a little teary eyed as the great adventure comes to a close. They get into some heavy bromance insight and tell the tale of the scorpion attack.
 Apparently if you get stung by a scorpion, you have to eat it. I am not sure if that is true.
