Who is Kelsey Tonner, Author of “Be a Better Guide” training?

He has worked in about 35 different countries in the world where he was exposed to various tourism guide professionals, some of who he worked with as co-leaders. He started the “Be a Better Guide Project” when he saw the need to encourage and offer tourism guide training services to professionals in the tourism business in order to raise the bar and create incredible experiences for locals and travelers.
