Tiger Muay Thai fighter Kai Kara France: Whatever it Takes

April 08, 2015

EP028 - Tiger Muay Thai fighter Kai Kara France joins us a month before his Flyweight debut in Taiwan!
When it comes to success, there’s two types of people. Those that try their best. And those that do whatever it takes. Count MMA fighter Kai Kara France among the latter.
At only 22 years of age, Kai has already competed in a staggering 14 pro MMA bouts as well as a handful of Muay Thai fights. Fascinated with jiu-jitsu at the age of 10, Kai discovered MMA at 15. By the age of 18 he was a pro MMA fighter, winning his debut by headkick knockout.
A couple years ago Kai had to make a choice: continue university or pursue fighting at the highest levels. The choice was simple when he was selected by the Tiger Muay Thai camp in Phuket, Thailand to compete in their 2013 Fighter Tryouts. Having competed internationally all over Asia yet having never lived abroad, Kai took a leap of faith and it paid off. Through the grind of the Tryouts, he emerged victorious, claiming one of the 5 available fighter sponsorships and since then he hasn’t looked back.

Considered one of the hardest working fighters on the Tiger Fight Team, Kai has made his physical conditioning the core pillar of his success and fight strategy. Combined with the world class MMA training he receives at Tiger Muay Thai, Kai is poised for a breakthrough year in 2015.
As a bantamweight fighter about to make his flyweight debut at Pro FC (https://www.facebook.com/PRO.Fighting.MMA) in Taiwan on May 9th, Kai’s knockout power and submission skills will benefit from even faster footwork and defensive maneuvering.
