Matt Wenning:
Bio - Matt is the owner of the website Wenning Strength. Matt founded Ludus Magnus Gym with the goal of getting everyone stronger. He has numerous state and national records, a Masters Degree in Biomechanics, and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Matt knows strength and you should listen to what he has to say.

Matt has all so trained numerous tactical units and is the “Director and Co-Founder of MAW, directing over 6000 troops in strength, conditioning and wellness for the U.S. Army, including Infantry and Ranger Divisions.” He is currently the Strength and Wellness Coordinator for Washington Township Fire Department’s 135 firemen.
