Trafcom News Podcast 127: Three tips to attract, convert and keep clients

February 17, 2014

Recently I had a meeting with the marketing team at a small business. They were asking my advice about social media and about sending a “blast” out to bloggers who are influential in their market. You can imagine what happened next. We had a fruitful discussion about the value of building relationships, and moving away fro the idea of blasting anyone.

In this 27-minute podcast, you’ll hear my conversation with two experts in the area of attracting, converting and keeping clients: Robert Clarke and Chris Barnes of Op Ed Marketing, a digital marketing agency based in Oakville, Ontario.  As a certified Google Partner and Microsoft Bing accredited agency, Op Ed Marketing helps clients attract, convert, and keep customers through such online channels as PPC, SEO, email marketing, website optimization, referral marketing and more. Robert, Chris and I discussed just three aspects of marketing: influencer marketing, referral marketing and split testing. Of course there’s a lot more to marketing than this, but these three topics are important.

I hope you enjoy the show!
Cheers,
Donna Papacosta
