While this can sometimes help, it’s not the magic answer for every reflux baby. Having had two reflux babies myself, I can totally relate! In today’s episode, I’m sharing my advice to empower you to get to the bottom of why the reflux is happening, what to do if you encounter a massive sleep struggle while weaning, and my top tips when introducing different food types.
