Ian Lawless. As a founding Board Member of U.S. Handcycling, Ian Lawless has long been dedicated to Para-Cycling. Lawless became involved in cycling in 1985 as a racer (not a very good one) and subsequently as a coach, event promoter, and announcer. In 2009, he joined U.S Handcycling as full-time Executive Director after six years as the Cycling Director for Adaptive Adventures, and ten years as the Technical Director of the Sadler's Alaska Challenge handcycle stage race.
