The culture of death isn’t just about the killing of the human being, it’s also about the killing of the person in a way that leaves the body alive, but disables the force of the person. It’s an inconspicuous and calculated “murder” that sounds no alarms, and is therefor permitted to persist, and even to work its way into the Catholic culture.
