Jeff interview’s Steve Eles.  Steve won both the Spring and Standard Duathlon National championships in his age group last year, and he got on the podium at the World Championships in Ibiza.  Jeff asks him about his training methods, his nutrition and his lifestyle to help us get insight to what it takes to be the best.
