I've reviewed a few genmaicha blends on the show, and I really dig its nice toasty warm taste. Zoomdweebie's adds even more to this -- cashews and macadamia nuts -- with their Genmacashew blend.

This is pretty tasty! The nuttiness of the cashews and macadamia nuts boosts the flavor of the toasted rice, and there's a slight honey aftertaste as well. Really nice and smooth. Zoomdweebie's doesn't sell this anymore, but I guess you could try chucking a handful of mixed nuts in regular genmaicha and trying your luck. (Couldn't hurt, right?)
