Celestial Seasonings now has these new blending kits where you can create a blend with whatever proportions you like. I'm trying out their Genmaicha with Matcha (also known as matcha iri genmaicha) which has separate packets of sencha, toasted rice, and matcha.

I dig the concept -- hello, Handmade Tea -- but in order for this to really work, all the components have to be good quality. In this case, the matcha is the weakest link here, and it adds an odd chemical taste to what's otherwise a great cup of genmaicha. If you have matcha of your own, I'd suggest using that instead.
